Snowy and flooded roads, power outages spurred by overnight storm

Strong wind and heavy rain has left Humboldt County dealing with flooding, snow-covered roads and power outages.

Humboldt County reported conditions on the following roads:

For motorists, the National Weather Service and Caltrans are recommending people check QuickMap before heading out.

As of 10:45, PG&E was reporting hundreds of people without power across the county, predominantly in southern and eastern areas of Humboldt County.
